Marvis Phillips recognized multiple times at San Francisco City Hall.
Marvis J. Phillips is a highly involved community activist and has been involved with the Alliance For A Better District 6 and urban planning coordinator for 45 years. He is the community watch block captain and does his neighborhood watch from his bedroom on the 12th floor and also from downstairs in his lobby. He really enjoys listening to metal and classic music. He participated in the Tech Allies program and is an avid Facebook user! He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him.
